About Amy McMurray Photography

I am a mother, wife, daughter, friend and photographer. I am committed to myself and my clients to get the best photographs possible for you and your loved ones. I am committed to the high standards of the Professional Photography Industry. I am a member of PPA, and WPPI. I attend workshops and conventions throughout the year to keep the standards of my skills fresh and knowlege of "Photoshop" so that I can stay on top of the trends and challenges that I as a photographer find myslef constantly facing in the industry. All of my products are sent to a proffessional lab away from the "Tri-Cities". This is my full time job. I do not have a "real" job that I go to and pursue this simply to fund my hobby. This is my "REAL" job. Before booking a session I will ask you what is it that you are looking for? Are you looking for something for your wall? How big is the space that you intend to place your portrait? Are you considering an album of the session? What will you be wearing? I always recommend solid clothing, try to stay away from patterns, stripes, and plaids. I typically shoot all location. I love the outdoors and I am able to stay with fresh ideas outside. In the event of inclement weather, we will simply reschedule for another day. My session fee is $50.00 and is paid in advance to reserve the date. I will spend about 45 minutes on the average session and show you around 30 proofs. I show many images that are color enhanced, textured and many black and whites. All Saturday sessions require a $300.00 minimum purchase to hold the date.I am looking forward to hearing from you and getting to know you.

    One of my favorite family’s

    Saturday, October 30th, 2010

I met Stephanie three years ago at “Book Club”.  Not many people like to read as much as I do and the same kind of books that I do so needless to say we became fast friends.  From girls night out, to Book Club she has became a friend that I cherish and getting to photograph these two adoable boys is just an added “perk” to our friendship.  I think that they look like “GAP” kids.  I keep telling her that she is gonna go crazy with girls calling her house in about five years.

Blue eyes, freckles & the most natural smiles that I have ever come across.  This family had the “All American” look going for them.
